TWU Defends Suspended Operator in Fatal Accident

NOVEMBER 5 -- TWU Local 100 Vice President JP Patafio, representing Bus Operators throughout Brooklyn and Queens, gave an interview today to WNBC's Andrew Siff, along with co-workers of suspended Bus Operator Paul Roper, who was involved in a tragic accident on Fulton Street in Brooklyn which resulted in the death of pedestrian Carol Bell on November 3.  Patafio talked about blind spots on the bus and the stress of the job.
