Attention: Members of Transport Workers Union Local 100
As per Article XV of our union bylaws, we want to remind all members that any literature or communications regarding Union policy or official activities must receive approval from the Executive Committee before distribution. This includes leaflets, posters, and any other materials intended for circulation among our membership. Additionally, please note that all Local 100 events, meetings, and public demonstrations will be posted exclusively on our official website and shared through our official social media channels. Anyone who participates in a rally or event that is not sanctioned or authorized by the union is hereby advised that Local 100 cannot extend any privileges, protections, legal rights or representation that would otherwise be available to you for participation in an authorized event. Unauthorized use of the Union Logo is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in violation of the constitution and bylaws. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our Union's communications.
