Joining Inside City Hall’s Errol Louis was a panel that included former Lieutenant Governor Richard Ravitch, who was MTA chairman under Carey; Queens District Attorney Richard Brown, who served as a top legal advisor to the governor; Lillian Roberts, executive director of District Council 37, who was appointed state labor commissioner by Carey, and political consultant Bill Cunningham, who was a top aide in the Carey administration.
