Four hooligans attacked a man on the Bedford Avenue L train platform on Feb. 11. The victim told police he waiting for a train at the station near N. Seventh Street at 6 am when the men approached him. One spray-painted him in the face, another bit his fingers, and the others threw him against a pillar and punched him in the face. They then ripped his jacket, took $83, and ran out of the station toward N. Seventh Street.
