It's your right!

Registering to vote is now quick, easy, and online! If you have a current New York State driver's license or non-driver's ID, you can register to vote using the DMV's Online Services Center. You can update your existing registration as well.

If you prefer a paper registration and live in New York State, there are printable forms in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean and Bengali. No postage is necessary --just print it out, fill it out, seal it, and put it in the mailbox!
