Parents can now take advantage of Aetna insurance coverage for their autistic children’s therapy sessions. The MTA has notified TWU Local 100 that parents should contact Aetna with the therapists’ information. Aetna will then contact the private provider to confirm their acceptance of insurance. Aetna will honor claims retroactively back to July 19. More info on this benefit will be provided shortly.
DEADLINE for rolling over all or part of your bonus is 9/8. You can roll over all or part of your bonus into a 401(k)/457 plan. Your selection must be submitted online by Sept. 8, 2023.
If you do not make a special election, your normal 401(k)/457 deferral elections will apply. If you want no deferrals with-held from this check or wish to defer an amount other than your normal election, you will have to make a special election. Click here for more information.
