Damaging Floods at Member Services

This morning 3/30/24, Member Services at 149 Pierrepont St., has suffered significant damage due to flooding. The building engineers isolated the source of the flood, which was traced back to a hot water line connection to a fan coil unit above the ceiling in the TWU Conference Room. The facility remediation team is onsite for cleanup and restoration efforts. As a temporary measure, those scheduled for random drug and alcohol testing are being redirected to the 300 Cadman entrance until further notice.

Local 100's existing 24-hour service desk located at 195 Montague St. is being expanded to assist you in the interim. This enhancement is being offered in addition to our regular member services operation to ensure minimal disruption to you.
