On Friday, NYS Supreme Court Justice Franc Perry ordered the F line pick to be held in abeyance until both parties in Loegel v. Foye could be heard in a full hearing. That hearing happens on Tuesday at 2PM and anyone can join via MicroSoft Teams. At issue is whether the MTA may make service cuts to the C and F Lines without a formal process of public hearings.
