Attention Local 100 Members,
Once again, we need your help to support a fellow Local 100 member home was destroyed due to a devastating fire on July 22nd. Daniel Laboy, a CED Apprentice out of Jamaica Barn, and his family were awakened by a fire in their apartment — causing them to lose everything. Fortunately, no one was injured.
Now, Mr. Laboy is left to pick up the pieces, and TWU Local 100 is looking to our fellow union brothers and sisters for help.
A GoFundMe was created by Alex Black, a close friend of Mr. Laboy, and his family to lessen this unfortunate burden. Please consider helping in any way you can.
Please find it in your hearts to donate whatever you can. Your generosity will not only provide essential support but also remind our member that he is not alone — his union family is here for him.
Together, we can help him through this terrible time and show the true spirit of solidarity.
