A new home for Local 100
The TWU International Administrative Committee has given its unanimous approval for Local 100 to purchase a new and permanent home at 195 Montague Street in downtown Brooklyn.
Local 100 President John Samuelsen said that Local 100 would move forward quickly to complete the purchase of three floors at 195 Montague and begin the process of moving from our current offices at 1700 Broadway.
195 Montague is a full-service building in one of the City's greatest locations, immediately adjacent to the 2, 3, 4, 5, N, and R lines, as well as the B41 and other bus lines. It is also just blocks from the A, C, and F lines. It is nearby the MTA's buildings at 130 and 180 Livingston Street, where Local 100 conducts a good deal of union business.
