Active members can make changes until November 15th. Click here for Open Enrollment information for Retirees.

If you are not making any changes, you don't have to do anything unless you become eligible for Medicare in 2024. However, to participate in the Flexible Spending Account Plan in 2024, you must re-enroll even if you participated last year.

• MTA Opt-Out Program

• 529 College Savings Plan
• Commuter Benefit Program  
• Change/Update Your Medical Plan or Opt-Out

If you have alternate medical coverage, enroll in the MTA’s Medical Opt-Out Program and receive an incentive payment. Access your online Health Benefits Summary for information on how to enroll in the Opt-Out Program. Log on to My MTA Portal>Go to>My Benefits Click eBenefits > Open Enrollment Select Opt-Out on the page that lists your medical plan options.
