Water Main Break In Manhattan: MyFoxNY.com
Water gushed several feet into the air from a water main break in Chelsea Tuesday morning. Video of the break in front of 39 West 14th Street showed a substantial amount of water quickly flooding the street. Crews were expected on the scene. It's not clear what caused the break in the pipe.
