TWU Mourns with Brother Anthony Griffith on Loss of His Brother and Daughter

The brother and daughter of Bus Operator Anthony Griffith of the Grand Avenue Depot died just 9 days apart, a heartbreaking loss for the Griffith family.
Griffith’s brother, Fred Royan Braithwaite, Jr. who served in the U.S. military and was a Police Officer in the U.S. Virgin Islands, passed away on April 9, 2019.  Then just nine days later, Griffith’s daughter, Janiece Griffith, died at the age of 26.
 
Arrangements for Janiece Griffith are as follows: Viewing and Funeral Service on May 6, 2019. The Viewing will take place at 9 AM, with the Service at 10 AMl, at Granbys Funeral Home, 4021 White Plains Road, Bronx, NY 10466.
