    Claude Williams won the money in 2009 after a jury decided he wasn't drunk when he stepped into the path of a New York City Transit bus - but the Appellate Division tossed the verdict Tuesday and ordered a new trial. "Apart from (William's) own testimony that he was looking 'straight,' there is common sense," the justices wrote.
